    To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts. If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

    Enjoy an exceptional experience at this centrally-located, professionally decorated, new build. The furniture is curated from local High Point galleries, boasting top quality, comfort and style. You will love the proximity to popular destinations while being just off the beaten track, in a peaceful and private setting. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the large deck, walk to Starbucks, relax on comfy seating and get your best night`s sleep on our popular Nectar Premiere mattresses! Smart TVs downstairs and in each bedroom.

    *Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
    Our house and furniture is BRAND NEW and we are sensitive to that.
    NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. There is a $500 fee that will be charged to your card on file for any violations of that!
