This apartment is very basic. It was adequate and the location was good.

We just needed a place to sleep near UNCG. This place was adequate. There were no extra blankets and the shower curtain was stained, but every thing else was fine. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Serviceable

The host double-booked, so this wasn't the property we booked. Thankfully he had another. Location was good for us, neighborhood seemed nice. Older apartment building (3rd floor), not too well maintained. It was clean enough and everything worked except the AC, which was OK because it wasn't too hot.
