The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On the day of checkout, before you leave, please make sure to: Turn all lights off, turn the AC or heating off.
Place used dishes, pots, etc. inside the dishwasher. Make sure all windows and both doors are locked properly. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Occupancy limit: 3 guests are allowed in the property. Violating the rule could result in guests being removed immediately without a refund.
Smoking damages the apartment and makes it unsuitable for the next guest. A $500 violation fee applies. No illegal activities or substances allowed.
