「It was unit K and coffee on the balcony watching the squirrels was lovely. No ice trays in the freezer. It was quaint. It is up 2 or 3 levels of stairs with no elevator so, if you have mobility problems I do not recommend that you book here. The area was friendly. Manager was responsive. Overall, it had everything we needed」

「I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. As this was our first time living in the U.S., we had many concerns, but thanks to your thoughtful arrangements, we were able to start our new life smoothly. We sincerely appreciate it. Even though it was winter, we were able to live comfortably in a warm home.」

「It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is...

「The owner used the home to take a shower etc..in the middle of the rental. Two women in their 20's were using the rental they felt unsafe and unacceptable the owner thought he could still use it while it was rented for 7 days. He left his things out in the bathroom so it was clear he used it during their stay. Actually think given the issue we need a 50% refund.」

「Our stay was awesome! Loved the location. Uber was great getting us around so we could leave car parked. Just what we needed and such stylish design and decor! Appliances were great. Bathroom was incredible. Entry was quick and easy! Host was great to work with and provides so much! Thank you for the great stay!!」
