「The host was very responsive when we messaged him. APP was a bit cumbersome. I had to update and verify my ID too many times. We didn't get the access code until nearly 4:30 when check in was 4:00 because of the verification issue. It's difficult to do when you are traveling and you have already done it multiple times before leaving. It took multiple calls to finally get past the AI assistant and talk to a real person.
