「The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner...
「The hotel room was clean and updated. The breakfast was awesome! The room had a nice view of the river and there was a trolly to take you downtown which was a good distance away. Hard to complain about anything. Cool little motel that has been recently renovated」
「First time staying here. Liked the property. Was clean for the most part. Maintenance needed in room on a couple things. Loved having a balcony on the river. Went to breakfast one morning, just got coffee and a banana. Parking was easy. Not alot of people there but we were put on 4th floor. Next time we will request lower level, just a personal preference. Rooms have woodburning fireplace. We didnt use and was a bit curious about safety of others using theirs if they dont have experience....
「Evening staff Alexandra was excellent, very professional and friendly doing her job. Honored any requests promptly. She did our check in and got us a room on the first floor for easier access. Day shift staff was very nice and helpful as well. This hotel was nice and clean appeared newer. We enjoyed the kitchenette and spacious suite. I will recommend to family and friends. I would stay there again if I return.」

「I visit Gatlinburg every year. I always stay in a cabin, but decided to switch up a little, and I loved it. I'm big on beautiful views of the mountains. I still got that staying there. The pool area was great, my grandkids really enjoyed it, and the warm cookies whenever you wanted them was delicious. I would definitely stay again.」
