Because I booked through Hotels.com, I received a room upgrade along with nightly expense credits, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was outstanding, with a spacious living area featuring a cozy fireplace and a luxurious bathroom complete with a huge soaking tub — perfect after a cold, snowy day.
