Heat hotel right across the street from first beach. Nice restaurants within a few min walk. Just a short drive to Newport. We have stayed here numerous times.

For a last minute stay ot was great . Room was big and nice and warm on a cold night . Check it was easy , beds were comfortable, . Charming 2 BR Green Hill Beach Cottage
Great cottage that was very convenient to Roy Carpenter beach which is where our family was having a reunion. No complaints. Was clean and had what we needed. Would rent again!

The staff was excellent and friendly! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The property was a bit outdated, but clean. The view was perfect.
