古い施設ですが、清潔でした。立地はよく、空港、フェリーからも近い！朝ごはんはオレンジジュースをつくる機械があって毎日美味しいジュースが飲めましたよ！

イラクリオン滞在はぜひここで！

部屋にスマホが置いてあり、自由に使っていいとのこと。便利でした。中心部にも歩いて2分。フェリーターミナルにもクノッソス行きのバス停にも近いです。朝食も美味しい！温かいものからサラダまで揃ってます。近くにスーパーもあります！

立地、食事共に充実

空港から市内に入ってすぐの場所にあり、クノッソス行きのバス停も他の島々行きのフェリー乗り場も近いです。さらに、朝食は今回ギリシャで利用したどのホテルよりも充実しており、チーズやフルーツ、ヨーグルトのトッピング（フルーツ、ジャム）、オレンジの生搾り機（店で飲む必要がないくらいおいしい）などがあり、朝食の部屋もこぎれいで快適、スタッフも親切で言うことなしです。もちろん中級のホテルなので豪華設備はありませんが、お風呂や洗面所もきれいで、エアコンも十分効きました。フェリーの時間についてのスタッフの助言も非常に役に立ちましたし、本当に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

The worst view

I booked this hotel because it has a good view, but the room I stayed was underground. All I could see was human feet, the worst view.

便利で静かな海岸沿いのホテル

海側が高価なのでシティビュー側を予約したが、通された部屋は道路を挟んだ別館の2階で、視界の1/4程度だが港の海が見えた。真下の道路からは丸見えだが、ベランダもあり少々得した気分になった。レセプションも他のスタッフも親切で愛想がよく、中規模観光ホテルのサービスとしては日本より良いかもしれない。クレタは2回目だが、観光地としては田舎なのだろうか、町の人々や街並みも含め本来のギリシャという印象を持った。

オススメです。

アメニティは日本から持って行った方が無難ですがドライヤーの風量は十分です。バスローブも用意があります。電気ケトルも用意されているので連泊も快適だと思います。どこに行くにもアクセスが良く、フロントスタッフも良い笑顔で対応してくれるので、クレタ島はこの宿しか知りませんがリピートすると思います。朝食もフレッシュオレンジジュースマシーンがあって充実していました。あと15分無料のマッサージがつきますが7分程度で終了します。でもスッキリしますよ。

フロントの女性職員、問題ありあり

フロントスタッフの１人が、空港まで自分の車で送ると、やたらと勧めてきた。バスだと２人で３０ユーロかかるけど、私の車に乗れば３０ユーロで空港まで送ってあげると言うのだけど、とりあえずほっといたら、次の日、２０ユーロに下がって、でも、なんか怪しいのでタクシー使ったら、１５ユーロしかかからなかった。ホテルとしては、まあこんなもんかって感じだけど、客をだまして小遣い稼ぎをしようとする女性フロント職員がいるからねえ。

優れた立地と優れたスタッフ

海沿いの崖の上にある眺めの良いホテルです。バスステーションAから海沿いの道を歩き、丘を見上げるとすぐに看板が見つかります。迷うことはありません。ホテルの前の道は狭いですが、館内は南欧らしい開放的な雰囲気です。

雰囲気の良いホテル

新館？なのか、ロビーやレストランがあるのとは別の建物だった。設備は新しくインテリアも新しい感じで快適に過ごせた。レストランで食事をしたが、美味しくて大変満足。カードキーを二枚わたしてくれたのが何気に便利だった。

オーシャンビューの素敵なホテル

バルコニーつきの部屋で、そこからはオーシャンビュー。眺めも良く、部屋も広く快適。ウェルカムスイーツもいただき満足。食事も美味しかった。アメニティーも揃っている。だが歯ブラシは無いので注意！

レストランが最高！

モダンな感じでとてもきれいなホテルです。スタッフも感じがよく、いろいろな質問に丁寧に答えてくれました。唯一気になったのは、シャワーヘッドを引っ掛ける位置がとても高い場所にあることで、背の低い人には使いづらいかもしれません。それ以外は文句ありません。一泊しかせず、ホテルでゆっくりする時間を取らなかったことを後悔しています。到着後すぐ4階レストラン（Herb's Garden）で夕食を取ろうとしたら、人気店らしく予約で一杯でした。翌日のお昼は予約するまでもなく入れ、とてもおいしい料理と眺望を楽しめました。一般的にギリシアの朝食バイキングは品数が少ないようですが、こちらの1階レストラン（Aroma）は料理の種類も豊富で、とてもおいしかったです。

クレタ島の拠点★かわいいホテル

部屋が狭かったのが難点だが、海側の部屋で窓からの眺望は抜群でした。朝食も美味しく、スタッフの熱心な働きにも感心しました。特に、セルフサービスの卵料理が半熟の美味しい目玉焼きだったり、濃厚な手作り風ヨーグルトやフルーツジュース（オレンジジュースは自分で機械を使って絞るタイプ）もとっても美味で感動しました。空港からバス＆徒歩で行ったのですが、ホテルに辿り着くのに少し苦労しました。平面の地図では場所が判明しにくく、港近くのトンネルのような遺跡の真上に立地していると知って訪ねてみると分かりやすいかも知れません。

Hôtel très bien placé et qui plus est, avec une très jolie vue sur le port pour certaines chambres. Celles ci sont bien équipées et fotesd8d'une literie très confortable.

Our stay was good. The top floor water view room was very nice with a spacious patio and two bathrooms. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Disappointing. It needs an updating. No, outlets for cell phone or tablets. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again. Fine for college kids…The staff ( except for the guy that checked me in ) were SUPER NICE!

Dependable stalwart

Our room (310) had a terrific balcony (that you could play football on) with an even greater view of the fishing harbor and ocean. However the heat pump/AC unit was on the blink and the room (especially bathroom) had a bit of a musty smell. It’s a bit strange that the doors of this hotel’s rooms do not have peepholes for security, as most hotels have today. Also, the shower did not have a bracket for the attaching the handheld shower to the wall. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and — for the first time — got the feeling that general maintenance has suffered a bit as of late. As always, parking is also bit dicey although there is a parking garage (Central Parking) closeby that gives a discount with a validated parking stub.

Hotell ligger bra till och nära till det vi ville se. Men det var väldigt lyhört, varje gång någon spolade på toa från övervåningar hördes det i rummet 😩 Sedan var det alla flygplan som startade och flög över hotellet sent in på natten. Så sömnen blev inte så bra. Men frukosten var bra iaf 😃

Wie schon einige Rezensenten hier schrieben, liegt das Hotel sehr gut zwischen Hafen und Altstadt. Ich möchte noch hinzufügen, dass auch der Busbahnhof von KTEL fußläufig erreichbar ist, von wo aus Ausflüge unternommen werden können, Das Personal des Hotels hat und sehr freundlich aufgenommen und uns eine schöne Zeit bereitet. Das Zimmer mit Hafen- und Meeresblick war umwerfend. Das Frühstück bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Da der Flugplatz von Heraklion sehr nahe ist, sollte man nachts die Fenster bzw. Balkontüren schließen. Die Qualität des Bettes war sehr hoch und bot guten Schlaf. Ich empfehle das Lato-Hotel uneingeschränkt.

The rooms are dated and the balcony view we got was a half sea view. Not like what I reserved that showed the fortress. The lobby is shabby. Only good thing about this place is a discounted nearby parking garage.

Dear Mike thank you for staying at Lato Boutique Hotel. We appreciate the opportunity to refer to our Superior Sea View rooms. Sea View rooms are considered those with view to the sea. Some overlook the fortress and some the Venetian port. Your rooms on the third floor is among a few featuring a terrace rather than a balcony, in order to enjoy most of the sun and the sea breeze. We do regret it did not meet your expectations. In such case we advise our guests to adress to the front office in order to find the best alternative - given the availability.Kindly note that all our rooms were renovated on 2022 so as to provide freshness, light and comfort. The staff was helpful and the sack lunch they gave us when we left before the breakfast was available was much appreciated. However the hotel is in need of a refresh. The pictures of it were accurate, maybe 5 or more years ago? Everything was a bit worn and dingy. So marks on the wall, the bed just at the edge of still comfortable, pillows that were on their way out, the towels thin and skimpy, and so on. It was an okay place to stay for the night, and our view was lovely, but don't expect what you see in the pictures.

Due to the season's occupancy it was rather difficult to proceed in the room's maintenance. Quirky hotel with different elevators for different parts of the hotel, but otherwise a nice stay. Clean, with friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast included. Good location, with view of the harbor and easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc.
