Fuyez cet hôtel à moins que vous désirez vous retrouver qu’avec des anglais bruyants. All inclusive médiocre, toujours les mêmes plats, mon mari a fait une intoxication alimentaire le 3eme jour de notre arrivée.

Fint hotell med bra läge, ständer och butiker/restauranger inom 10 min promenad. Personalen var snäll och trevliga och hjälpte oss med det mesta, bra service Rummen var ok, kunde vart bättre. Vi hade en trasig lampa över spegeln, problem med duschen, wi-fi var långsamt, lite udda planlösning med badrummet Maten var okej, inte så mycket variation men gott. Hade behövts lite mer solstolar då folk tar dom för sig själva redan på morgonen… själviskt Flygplatsen ligger nära så om man störs av det så boka inte här

This property is a family all inclusive hotel, the locals come here with there kids. Nice place, rooms were big, need to update, bathroom needed a little fixing. but it served our purpose.

Lovely holiday.
Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was any trouble when we needed to move to a lower level due to my knee problems. Food was plentiful and most day a good variety. The entertainment could do with improving but was okay. Will definitely be back in the future.

La limpieza de la habitacion pésima, tenia telarañas, entraban insectos por debajo de la puerta ... Lo peor el baño: ducha sin separación fisica del inodoro... Todo el lavabo lleno de agua cuando intentabas ducharte...Hotel con más estrellas de las que merece... Atención pésima de la recepcionista a la que le explicamos el problema... Solo se salva la atención de Evi nos hizo todo más fácil...

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 811: à fuir, car tous les matins nous avons été réveillé par le personnel de l’hôtel, le va et vient des livraisons et surtout le bruit des compresseurs des chambres froides. Le lit est très dur et n'est pas très confortable. Les taxes de séjour sont excessives. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies contre un dépôt de 25€ et 20€ seront restitués lors de la dépose des serviettes. Elles ne peuvent être changées que tous les 2 jours. La clientèle est essentiellement anglaise, personne ne parle français et aucun effort n'est fait pour nous aider, hormis les réceptionnistes. Points positifs: piscines propres, cuisine correcte, situation assez calme.

Peu mieux faire
Hôtel dans l’ensemble acceptable le grand regret c’est que les buffets sont définitivement formatés pour les anglais. Peu voir très peu de légumes à chaque buffets, plat du pays inexistant. Accueil lors de l’arrivée, hyper expéditif, en 3 min. chrono, enregistrement, bracelet fixé au poignet, taxe de séjour 18€ encaissée au black (pas de quittance) et vous prenez la porte là et vous montez au 1er étage et tout cela sans le sourire de l’hôtesse. Où est l’hospitalité grecque ?

If you were not ready for the cleaning lady to come in then she wouldn’t come back on the same day. Also very often forgot about putting toilet paper and hand wash. Had to go to reception to remind them. Overall very nice holiday there.

Bellissima vacanza. Bel resort in posizione strategica per girare l'isola. Buona la pulizia delle stanze, cibo sempre vario e buono. Colazione per lo più inglese ma comunque buona. Spazi comuni ben curati e 3 piscine sempre impeccabili. Personale gentile e simpatico. Lo consiglio soprattutto a coppie e famiglie con bambini

Great hotel close to strip
The hotel was fantastic the staff were very attentive for everybody's needs.the hotel was close to the strip which was very busy for October we went out for a few times and enjoyed ourselves would recommend this hotel as very comfortable rooms and food was fantastic with different choices every day.

Good break - most ideal for young families
Nicely decorated rooms and communal spaces and great service from the team who work there including the chefs who produced the best quality of mass produced meals that I've experienced. Although, I would rate the hotel as three stars due to small issues such as the occasional smell of sewerage in our room, we had a wet room instead of a bath and there wasn't a proper door to the bathroom, instead just a frosted panel of glass which didn't stretch from floor to ceiling - I don't fancy pooing in the same room that my partner is in or scheduling our toilet use as another option! In addition I wasn't mad for the selection of drinks. I cannot comment on the alcolohic drinks but the juice was more akin to squash or a flat fizzy drink (orange) - yummy but not the real deal and full of sugar. The hotel staff were very helpful - they booked our transport and offered suggestions and chat when appropriate. I also commend the cleaners as the resort and rooms were very well kept. The hotel is a short walk from the seafront and next to a strip of tourist shops / supermarkets / restaurants- not a pleasent area at all, but it is not the fault of the hotel! On the strip we purchased a boat tour which cost €25 per person for a coach across the island and for 4 hours on the boat - we recommend this as an opportunity to see the coast, shipwreck and the countryside.

Nice hotel, centrally located, spaciously set out
Very good overall experience, only one evening we had to wait 25 minutes for a table in restaurant for our evening meal, as bad weather was causing guests to remain longer at tables once they'd eaten. Cannot fault hotel at all.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Great holiday in Zante staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly even management are so helpful. The rooms are clean although the toiletries are limited and the hairdryer was at one end of the room and the mirror at the other so luckily I had my own hairdryer. Not all rooms are the same as my friend had the hairdryer and mirror together. Entertainment was sparce and the drinks are weakened down, but plenty entertainment in the main street 2 mins away. Two pools to choose from and a baby pool. 5 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Fantastic All Inclusive Hotel
We stayed for 10 days from 23rd August to 2nd September - 2 adults and our 10 year old son. The room was clean and modern, set up with an additional single bed next to our double, had a TV with Greek channels, a fridge with ice compartment, double sinks and large mirror next to the wet room with toilet and rain shower, which could be switched to a handheld attachment if required - very handy and a nice touch. Cleaners came every day and on demand (broke a glass!) and freshened everything up. The food was varied in the buffet style restaurant, great breakfasts - cereals, fruit, breads, yoghurts and continental, full English with a choice of fried or scrambled eggs, nice bacon and OK sausages. Coffee machines doing decent espresso and lattes, PG Tips and Herbal teas and juice dispensers - apple, orange and grapefruit. Same for Lunches and Dinners - varied with lots of salads, cheese and cold cuts, soup of the day and various hot dishes buffet style - if not to your taste, leave it and get something else. You can help yourself to desserts,hot beverages, juices, water, red and white wine (not the greatest) and lager on tap nearby. Bar alcohol is weaker than usual but OK There are two pools - a smaller quiet rectangular one near the apartments and a larger figure of 8 pool in the family area crossed by a bridge to the Pool Bar and games area - pool table and table tennis, snacks after lunch, toasties, hotdogs, rolls, ice cream etc. Staff are amazing and helpful, truly LOVELY!

Best hotel for money spent
It is a reasonably comfortable hotel near a nice beach very close and pools for all. Rooms are tops with most comfortable beds(no waist pain in the morning, I promise). Plentiful food to get sick of it, although main evening meal might need a little taking care of for quality. Evening events excellent and all sorts of drinks never ending. I was refreshed. Thanks expedia travel.

Stayed here for 10 days,Very good modern hotel,room very nice and,all the staff were great all worked very hard, food was nice. Only thing in my opinion was there was no entertainment which is downfall for Exotica.

L'albergo e'appena ristrutturato,ma sembra ancora da rifinire.Il personale è gentile ma improvvisato..abbiamo prenotato specificando una camera con due letti singoli, e ci hanno spostato 2 volte in camere con letto matrimoniale,dicendo che non esistevano camere con 2 letti!!.Il bagno è terribile,la doccia non ha né box ne'tenda,quindi siamo rimasti tutta la settimana con il pavimento del bagno perennemente bagnato, con puzza di fogna;per ben 2 volte abbiamo trovato un lombrico di 6-7 cm nel pavimento.Pulizia: pessima. La pulizia del servizio igienico consisteva nel lavare per terra e buttare un po' di detersivo nel wc. MAI lavati i lavelli finché uno degli ultimi gg lo abbiamo chiesto espressamente. Scarso cambio di asciugamani.Nessuna fornitura nel bagno,ne fazzoletti di carta,cuffie per la doccia o altro.La camera era a pianterreno con piccolo giardinetto, e per ben 2 volte al ritorno la sera abbiamo trovato la porta finestra della camera completamente spalancata (chiunque poteva entrare e sottrarre qualunque cosa!!).Quando abbiamo segnalato tutte queste negligenze ,sembravano seccati.Passiamo al mangiare: diciamo che il cibo può piacere alla clientela inglese e dell'est (90% dei clienti),ma decisamente lontano anni luce dalle nostre abitudini; qualità pessima e scadente,varietà inesistente.Abbiamo perciò dovuto mangiar fuori per diverse sera. I camerieri erano gentili, ma questo non basta a qualificare l'hotel.La cassaforte in camera è a pagamento ed il Wi-Fi va a scatti.

Amazing New Hotel and centrally located
The hotel was opened 1.5 weeks after i arrived with no reviews, I took a chance and it was amazing! Clean, new, staff were super friendly and helpful constantly especially when you have trouble with anything. Very patient staff, hotel was located at a really great part of Kalamaki and two minutes walk is bars, pubs and lots of shops so easily needed and an ATM machine is next door to hotel at a shop that opens till very late. There is no ATMs at the airport so bring some cash. The taxi cost 13 euros to the hotel from the airport and 8 euros to the next town Laganas which is full of youngsters. The beach is 7 mins walk away and it is so easy to book tours and such outside the hotel. The International buffet and food in the hotel was nice and with good range of variety and you even have snacks from 3- 5 pm so its like all day eating and drinking. Great for relaxing, families or couples. Worth a share and shout! The only thing that might not be too practical is that the glass door to the toilet when not closed gently, you might slam and crack it and the shower area needs a curtain to prevent the water from splashing all over. Other so, it is highly recommended!
