Room seemed clean but was in need of repair. Floor was coming up. Air conditioning didn't work and tiles grouting was discoloured. Bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel was closed to shops etc, lots of vans and trucks arrived during the night, making it noisy as we had to have windows open as air conditioning didn't work.

Pros: pretty well decorated, A/C, clean, nice staff, nice neighborhood location near tube and lots of restaurants
Cons: no signage on the outside of the building so was confusing (we were saved by a staff member walking by), no nespresso, no breakfast on site but there is literally a wonderful bakery in the same block on the other side (and there were Biscoff cookies on site), if light sleeper it may bother you to hear people clearly walking around above
