We liked the location, near a canal, short walk to the tram and a grocery store. Also within walking/biking to Dappermrkt and Oosterpark. There was lots of space and the kitchen area was very nice. There were some maintenance issues which were fixed the next morning (clogged sink and broken fan). Our A/C did not work and the windows were locked and could only be opened with a key which wasn't provided. We were there in July and it was warm! We used the 2 stand fans provided, but we were disappointed that no one would address the A/C issue. In addition the elevator was broken our entire stay, so we had to deal with getting heavy luggage up very steep stairs which wasn't fun. Check in and out was easy with the PIN codes.
