The one big disappointment was that my room was not sound proof as advertised. I could follow full conversations from the room next door and every little noise could be heard. "Very spacious bedrooms, safe hotel in a quiet area. The hotel managed the load shedding issues very well. The beds were very comfortable. Ordering breakfast the night before could have been simplified, but having said that the food was very nice."

"My wife and I stopped over at Arabella Golf Resort and Spa for three nights. The staff were absolutely amazing, the food brilliant, the breakfast exceptional! In addition I had an accident involving me to be rushed to the emergency section of Mediclinic Hermanus. The duty Supervisor realised the urgency, and treated me whilst the ambulance was en route. Quickly fixed up, the staff Supervisor at Arabella personally drove to collect us and take us back to the hotel at 1.30 in the morning. A very well managed hotel with professional staff that use initiative. Great work Arabella, we will be back. Highly recommended. Thank you!! "

A magic place to stay!

"We had a wonderful stay at the Auberge Burgundy Guest House. Warm, friendly service was the constant norm. We were met in the parking area and help was offered with our luggage. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious, quiet room, overlooking the well designed garden. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful presented and the cozy lounge with a fireplace burning on a chilly winters evening added to the magic of this special guest house, thank you all! "
