"The resort had a lot to offer, with great amenities that were well maintained and very clean. The staff also provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to help when we had an issue. Our initial room felt overly humid and had a slightly musty smell, so we requested a room change. The staff handled it promptly, which we appreciated. The food options were somewhat limited and could use more variety and overall improvement. Despite those minor drawbacks, the cleanliness, amenities, and especially the service made for a positive experience overall."

"Minimum food choices during the day because most restaurants only open for dinner. Unable to order food while on the beach or at the pool. Long wait to talk to someone at front desk, at least 10 minutes because only 2 people working the desk most of the time. They were very good at resolving any issues once you talked to someone."
