The Net House was originally used by the fishermen of Winterton to store their nets. Is is now a newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage with a pretty, south facing garden.
Downstairs, the living room has comfortable sofas, smart TV and woodburning stove The eat in kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, full size dishwasher and washing machine.
Upstairs there are two beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom one has a comfortable kingsize bed, and bedroom two has a zip link bed, so gives the option to make it up as a king size or twin. The upstairs bathroom features a newly installed walk in shower as well as a washbasin and WC.
Winterton on Sea is a typical English seaside holiday village with a cafe, pub, fish and chip shop, and a glorious sandy beach which is home to the beautiful Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve, an ideal spot for birdwatchers and walkers. A colony of grey seals may be seen basking on the beach or popping their heads above the waves. The Norfolk Broads National Park is nearby, offering opportunities for sailing, kite surfing and exploring breath-taking countryside, quaint villages and fantastic pubs. Hickling Broad and Martham Broad are close by, or you could seek out the Happisburgh Lighthouse. Nearby is the charming village of Mundesley, and the popular resorts of Cromer, Caister-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth are within easy driving distance.
