For guests wishing to avoid cooking, within walking distance are two pubs, both serving good food, a Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, small arcade, and a well-stocked village store. To the rear is a private enclosed garden with BBQ and seating terraces, perfect for dogs to roam freely and safely. A winding path leads you through flanked borders and connecting the two ponds is a gracefully arched bridge. Within a 10 minutes’ drive are the traditional and popular seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth and Gorleston on Sea. Excellent walking can be enjoyed from doorstep having miles of trails and footpaths to explore. Every January, the best indoor bowlers converge for hosting of the World Indoor Bowls Championships.
