From the moment we arrived the accommodation and the staff were perfect and everyone couldn’t have done anything more to ensure that we had a fantastic time. 「以前宿泊したときは、改装中で快適とまでは行きませんでしたが、今回は改装がされており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、最初と通された部屋は、予約と異なるバスタブのない部屋でしたので、すぐにクレームを申し出て、チェンジしてもらいました。すぐに対応してもらいましたが、予約と異なる部屋になっていたのが気になります。」

「Mdluli is a lovely property right inside the Numbi gate of the park. The tents are large and comfortable, with new furnishings and well designed. The facilities are lovely--a nice bar/restaurant, great pool, and access to game drives are great. The staff is pleasant and hard working, always with smiles and kind words. Food was high quality and lots of variety. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely consider Mdluli for a longer stay at the park. Highly recommend. 」

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the tours we booked, the places visited were great but the transport provided (given advertised as a luxury tour) was unacceptable, a rickety dirty taxi! The owner needs to take better ownership of this, we (group of 10) didn’t get a very good result when speaking to him of this. 」
