「We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "The safari guide was highly professional and provided very detailed explanations about each animals. He was genuinely attentive and made a real effort to spot animals and guide us closely, which left a very positive impression. The food was also excellent — delicious, generous in portion size, and very satisfying overall. The only downside was the tap water (including the shower). The water was quite salty, and even after showering, my hair felt dry and not very refreshed. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was outstanding, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience."
