"Hotel is well located. Room is reasonable clean. Breakfast selections are ok. Noise beach club/ night club is on top floor, which makes customers are very uncomfortable to stay in the room, when room is under beach club/night club."

"Cet hôtel est magnifique! Tout neuf et merveilleusement entretenu. La vue montagne est superbe. Les chambres sont grande avec beaucoup de rangement. Le spa était un gros plus après une journée de randonnée. L’hôtel est au pied du Mont Veyrier pour les randonneurs c’est extra. Notez que vous êtes à 3.5 km à pied du vieux Annecy mais il y a des super resto tout près."

"Hotel Imperial is a jewel, a beautiful hotel along lake Annecy. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and great English speakers as our French is very weak. Our room was immaculately clean with fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Complementary bottles of water and baked goods were in the room upon arrival and caramels at turn down service in the evening. Quality amenities were provided in the bathroom I enjoyed the pool and sauna each day. In the late afternoon we had cocktails on the back porch enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and mountains I highly recommend recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Annecy"

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."

"Great hotel, friendly staff, made use of the heated pool over our four day stay, we loved the terrace above the pool for eating our breakfast bought from the bakery in reception and late afternoon cocktails. Great location, close to the old town of Annecy and a great view of the lake from the terrace. We had classic double rooms and they were very well equipped. Cannot comment on hotel breakfast as we did room only but the bakery was great for breakfast, lunch and beautiful pastries. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Very welcoming staff.Lovely bright clean room. Gorgeous views from balcony (4th floor) Spa balcony lovely to sit out early evening. Well situated to wander along beach front. Not very far from Old Town for evening walks. We didn’t book breakfast but little bar downstairs was lovely to come back to on the evening."
