"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. "The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the Hauptplatz - Main Square - with tram and bus connections. Many excellent restaurants and bars in and around the Old City The hotel is excellent - my superior room was spacious and very comfortable. Quiet and good amenities. Staff are friendly and very helpful. A perfect hotel for a beautiful city."
