Near soulac / mer House for 8 people with heated indoor pool, jacuzzi
Individual house of 100 M² on land of 900 M². You have 3 bedrooms for 7 sleeps, two shower rooms, a separate WC, a fully equipped American kitchen, a very bright dining room with a sitting area. The two bay windows overlooking the patio with indoor heated swimming pool, the 5-seater jacuzzi, barbecue and the wooden terrace of 250 M² not overlooked.
This charming property was refurbished this winter (2017). It is located in a very quiet area.
The pool is 4x6 M and 1.40M deep. It is covered and heated which is very significant in case of rain or wind.
In addition it is the best security existing at the moment.
The 4 bicycles which are made available to you free of charge will serve you to go to the mini-market 1km and to the beach by a road less traveled by 1 km and then by the magnificent cycle track which runs along the golf course. There are restaurants on the beach or you can leave your bikes in the car park provided.
In fact everything is planned for you to spend a wonderful vacation !!

Séjours très agréables , maison au top!! Bien placée 1h30 de Bordeaux 15 à 25 minute des endroit pour faire des activité ( plage restaurant boite nuit bar casinos) Bon communication avec le gérant nous somme allée avec des amies âgées moyen 30 ans je recommande

Familienurlaub
Unser zweiter Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus von Herrn Tiffon war wiederum sehr erholsam und schön. Gerade die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Schwimmingpoll, Jacuzzi, Tischtennisplatte, kleiner Sauna und vielem mehr ist bei jedem Wetter einer besonderen Hervorhebung wert. Herr Tiffon ist bei Problemen bzw. Nachfragen schnell zu erreichen und ein sehr verlässlicher Ansprechpartner. Die Erreichbarkeit des "Hausstrandes" von Le Gurp ist selbst mit dem Fahrrad (7 km) kein Problem. Unser Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert

Maison efficace et agréable dans le médoc
Belle maison bien entretenue. Peu de perte de place, simple et efficace.
Cuisine fonctionnelle et très bien équipée.
Le Jacuzzi est un vrai plus tout comme le barbecue. Le sauna est aussi un plus mais ne va pas au-delà de 60 degrés.
Un babyfoot et une table de ping pong qui est en partie protégée du vent.
Maison propre, on s'y sent bien. Seul petit bémole, il fait froid la nuit dans 2 chambres sur 3 qui ne possèdent pas de chauffage si la nuit est fraîche.
Localiser proche de Soulac sur Mer et à moins de 10 min de l'océan en voiture.
Une très belle expérience la location de cette maison avec un gérant honnête et réactif.

Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avec nos 3 filles.
Les équipements jacuzzi, table de Ping Ping, sauna et Baby foot ont été très appréciable.
L’extérieur est très agréable surtout avec ce beau soleil que nous avons eu.
Les pistes cyclables sont top.
L’hôte nous a très bien accueilli tout y est bien fait et préparé et propre pour que nous passions un bon séjour.

Très bon séjour
Le jacuzzi, le sauna, le ping pong, le baby-foot, les belles plages, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
Le propriétaire est très arrangeant.
Petit bémol, nous n'avons pas trouvé de pistes cyclables à moins de 2 km.

SEJOUR ENTRE MER ET CAMPAGNE
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location de Sylvain qui a été un hôte sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin.
L'extérieur de la maison est très bien aménagé et en avons beaucoup profité du fait de la météo excellente lors de notre séjour. L'océan est à 5mn en voiture, sans embouteillages ni problèmes de stationnement. Nous serons ravis de revenir chez Sylvain.
