Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, lobby was cute and location was great. However, listing pictures did not match accommodations provided. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes and bleach. Hotel had a worn, run-down feel. Lobby, hallways and breakfast bar were always cold, and the room heating struggled. Spent most of the time bundled up in a place where we were paying to get out of the cold.

Breakfast had the best Kouglhopf of our entire stay in Alsace! Hotel clean, quiet and not far from centre or from museums. Shame most shops and restaurants were closed on Sunday

I really liked the old fashioned nature of the Hotek Bristol. Madame on the reception desk was helpful and courteous and offered French English and German as alternatives. Dinner food was very good -among the best hotek food I’ve eaten in France. The only unsatisfactory matter was the WiFi. My room was on the third floor and quite clearly the WiFi barely reached to that floor. One or two bars was all I achieved at best and less in the evenings. They need to sort that out because a decent WiFi signal is vital these days. I stayed to visit the motor museum which is a 30 minute walk away. The museum has a huge car park but parking in Mulhouse is difficult so I walked.

An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!) An excellent modern room with the benefit of a kitchen area in a safe, quiet and very comfortable at a good price

Such a charming clean hotel. The customer service and breakfast were excellent. The breakfast was local French breakfast. There are street parking and easy walk to town center
