「到着時間によってはフロントスタッフがいない時間帯がある。私が到着した時には偶然居たが、これはとても困るのではないかと思う。スタッフも英語が話せず多少苦労するが、とても優しい女性スタッフが多く、コミュニケーションしようと努力してくれる。そういう意味ではとても暖かい宿だった。ちょっと壁が薄いのが気になる。」

「The hotel is not far from the train station. But there are few restaurants near (<500m). The check-in was done by a machine using the confirmation number. Therefore, if you need assistance, it would be quite difficult without phone. The check-out was not clear how to do. The room was sufficiently large for me. The drainage of the shower was not good. 「Je voyageais avec ma fille et mes deux petits enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La responsable était facilement joignable et à l'écoute. La suite était grande et confortable. Nous avons pu profiter du petit déjeuner dans l'agréable salon. Petit plus : étant en train, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans le bureau jusqu'à notre départ. Seul regret : nous n'avons pas profité du cadre extérieur et du très beau jardin pour cause de pluie... Merci pour tout. 」

「This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in.
