Beautiful 3-family house "Roberta", 500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. In the hamlet Brenzio 4.5 km from the centre of Gravedona, 51 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, on a slope, 4.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn. 3 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Shop 2.7 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant, bar 85 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 3 km, railway station "Como" 51 km, pebble beach "Serenella" 4.5 km, grass beach "Consiglio di Rumo" 4.3 km. Marina 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 26 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio, Santa Maria del Tiglio, Lake Como Adventure Park. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Parco Valle Albano. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Aufenthalt war wie immer seit Jahren super. Leider wird nach wie vor im Bad nichts erneuert (Klobürste und Klodeckel seit Jahren immer noch in einem ganz schlimmen Zustand) !!! Bitte denken Sie an die Urlauber die einen gewissen Sauberkeitsstandard erwarten dürfen/sollen.

Alles perfekt. Lage toll, wenn man sie abenteuerlichen Serpentinen geschafft hat. Keine 5 Sterne da kein Internet zur Verfügung stand. Das hat nur 1 von 7 Tagen geklappt.

Lovely lake view very misleading photos, drive up very windy narrow roads 10 mins. Very dangerous

Roberta, never met her. One young boy called Stefano gave us the key.Spoke limited English, even though the advert claimed that several languages were spoken. The owners lived upstairs but never spoke to us. The phone number given, we got no reply. TV worked intermittently, only German channel. Very modern but minimal equipment for cooking etc. Wifi very limited. No washing machine or washing line. No microwave. Dishwasher was difficult to operate. Panel separating us from the appartment next door was not sealed and you could hear clearly movement next door, including whether their lights were on or not. Owner needs to work on their customer service techniques, there were none. The nearby restaurant was excellent. Would not recommend due to the very windy roads to approach this property. Very quiet and peaceful.
