It was average. The biggest advantage was the laundry facilities, even though I had to clean the machines before I could use them. The room was dusty, and the floor was a little dirty. It was only a minor annoyance.
I suggest getting a knife sharpener. The knife was so dull that it didn’t cut anything, not even tofu.

Right next to the central train station.
Plenty of food, bar, restaurants and shopping around within walking distance.
Staff are very kind, accomodating and helpful.
Good water pressure in my room.
Buffet morning breakfast was brilliant. Massive range of food options. You will want to try and eat everything. Quality of food is also very good.
Lobby and waiting area is very spacious, with plenty of room, chairs and personal space if required.
I would stay again comfortably.

Schönes Haus mit einem Makel
Das Haus ist ein Traum; einmalige, ruhige, schöne Lage, großzügiger Terrasse und liebevoller Einrichtung. Nur die Wasserversorgung aus dem hauseigenem Brunnen mit üblem Geruch wird uns leider in schlechter Erinnerung bleiben.
