"Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es fehlte an gar nichts. Familie Parzinger hat uns eine wirklich komplett ausgestattete Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch der Brötchenservice mit Backwaren von einem sehr guten Bäcker aus Chieming war perfekt. Insbesondere der Balkon Richtung Berge hatte es uns angetan. Cons: Wir haben nichts an der Ferienwohnung zu bemängeln."

"Perfect place to visit Salzburg. Easy check In, clean room, fee laundry and near the train station. There is also a bus stop (mirabelplatz) near where you can catch the 150 to get to the lake region. I would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is well placed and clean. Bathroom is all tiled. Also clean. The room was another story. There was some kind of musty smell in the room. Obviously not aired before our arrival. Small, with a little window (warning said to beware of insects if you air) and very loud AC. White walls, not a dash of effort to make it look cozy. Artificial light; overall, rather severe and inhospitable. The restaurant was v good though and the view from the rooftop was to die for. All in all, for $300+ I expected better. I would only recommend it if in a pickle. This is a decent 3-star hotel. Don’t expect luxuries."

"Went with my mom and husband. We had the roomy cocoon and it was enough space for us (we travel light - only carry on luggages). We did not eat at the restaurant on site because there were many to choose from around the hotel. It was also very close to the train station which is very helpful to not walk very far with luggages. Bring a water bottle, they can refill it for you by the restaurant/front desk. We would stay here again."

"We stayed at this hotel right in the heart of Salzburg with my wife, our three kids, and me. I had accidentally booked a room for only 2 people instead of 5. Upon arrival, the front desk explained the original room was suitable for two guests only. After some discussion, the manager kindly upgraded us to a brand new family room at no extra cost. This generous gesture was amazing and made our stay comfortable right away. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The real highlight was during checkout. I had parked in a public lot a block away and asked for validation. The woman at the desk looked concerned and warned that it was a holiday with a market, so cars there are often towed. With three tired kids, we felt stressed. She was incredibly kind and quickly got staff ready to help us find the tow yard. I ran to check first and was hugely relieved — our car was the only one left and hadn’t been towed! I returned to tell her, and the whole team shared our relief with genuine smiles. Their caring attitude made us feel truly supported. The location is unbeatable, perfectly central for walking to all attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience overall and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. Exceptional hospitality! Rating: 5/5 Stars"
