「Great neighborhood and great place!」

「Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks.
