"Shock at the condition of the apartment complex- very run-down. The overwhel smell of Marijuana took our breath away. We never got rid of the smell in the 3 days we were there with the windows and patio door open 24 hrs a day for 3 days. Old milk left in the fridge, old coffee in coffee pot, 1 piece of hair found in the bed. The tops of door frames in one bedroom acovered in dust. Hair in the tub drain, dirt, and dust behind the toilet in 1 bathroom. 1 lamp light switch broken, tape holding...
