「This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. 「Nice comfortable ground level condo with everything needed. 10 minute access to Ft Worth Stock Show. Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again」

「We rented the apt to meet with our 2 adult sons. The apt was cleaned, well equipped, and the a/c worked great. The space was a comfortable size for 4 adults. Being able to walk to Sundance Square & downtown was very nice! We didnt use the pool, but it looked nice, and the gym was closed. The rooftop porch was very nice, but it rained on/off so couldn't enjoy it. It was a bit noisy at night, expected due to location between 2 train tracks & downtown, but we use our white noise speakers so it...
