5 Stars - Wonderful Stay!

We had a fantastic experience at this rental! The place was new, spotlessly clean, and extremely organized - everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable. You can tell the hosts put care into every detail. It was the perfect home base, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have asked for anything better!

The second we walked in, it felt like home. We brought my elderly mother in law with us and drove all the way from Sherman, Texas to attend a family members wedding. She's barely ambulatory and full care, so we needed something she would be comfortable in, rather than a hotel. And this was a home run! Very nice people own this and we're gracious and allowed us early entry, for my mother in law so she could rest after that very long ride. Wonderful stay and will most definitely rent this again of available next time I go to Grant's Pass.

**An Absolute Gem – Perfect in Every Way!**Had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The home is even better than the photos -spacious, and beautifully decorated without feeling overdone.The layout was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable and peaceful, with cozy beds and quality linens that made it easy to truly relax. The two bathrooms were clean, well-stocked, and spacious.The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was fully equipped for cooking meals, and we especially appreciated the little details — plenty of cookware, sharp knives, and thoughtful extras that made it feel like home rather than a rental.Every space felt intentionally designed for comfort — whether enjoying morning coffee, gathering for dinner, or winding down in the evenings. The home was exceptionally clean, organized, and clearly cared for with pride.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, kind, and made check-in and check-out effortless.If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This home is a rare find — comfortable, beautiful, and truly relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Primarily very good. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy, but having written instructions for Wifi and other things would have been very helpful. Check-out was easy and went well. Kitchen had minimal amenities. Nice fruit bowl, but no pepper, butter, or condiments at all. Nice coffee machine. Smoke detector was super sensitive and went off 4 times and microwave fan didn't work. No dressers in bedrooms and missing towel rack in one bathroom. Again, very nice and reasonable value but a few minor changes would be welcomed by future guests!

For our 4 day stay, we arrived 2 days late due to problems with our flights. We had difficulty entering the residence related to the magnetic code system on the front door. We called the property manager who said she would have the system reset. Once that was done, we were able to successfully enter. We really didn't get much use of the kitchen facilities. It appeared well stocked. The place was neat and clean. Water pressure was good. Fireplace nice addition. Toilet in the hallway ran - may need a new flapper. The bunk beds had plastic mattress protectors. The adult sleeping in the room complained they made her hot and found them to diminish the comfort of the bed. I had problems managing the tv apps but we didn't have much time to watch the TV anyway. But there were no instructions and we aren't necessarily tech savvy. Loved the firepit with TV on the back patio but we didn't have time to utilize it. We felt very safe in the house and the area.
