"Safe and convenient "

"Great hotel with awful parking. "

"We booked this hotel after a windstorm knocked out the power at our home. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were pleasant, so we were hopeful for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. On our way to the room we noticed water all over the floor from the pool area into the hallway and all the way to the elevators, which was concerning from both a cleanliness and safety standpoint. When we got to our room, it was clear the cleaning had been poorly done. We found old Skittles and Fruit Loops under the beds, along with strange stains on both the furniture and the carpet. We attempted to use the pool, but there were so many kids running and screaming that it was impossible to stay. It was extremely loud and there appeared to be no staff monitoring the area or asking parents to keep things under control. The elevators also smelled strongly like marijuana, which added to the overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Another issue that made us feel uneasy was that the keypad cover on our door lock was ripped off, which made us question how secure the room actually was. Ultimately, we decided to leave at 1:00 A.M. because no one in our family felt comfortable sleeping there. Our power had come back on at home earlier in the evening, which made the decision easier. As we were leaving, the bartender made a comment about it being a very odd time for us to be checking out, which felt unnecessary and a bit rude given the circumstances."

"First room was not cleaned, pictures show a new modern hotel but that is not the case. Standard motel, people literally laying down between doors in back entrance. Smells like a mix of weed and curry. The first room had black stains where the lamp was and all rooms bedding was not cleaned. Second room was a little better but still terrible. Woke up to dogs barking. Go to turn off a light and find its broken with wires exposed. Do not believe pictures this is a run down should be clasified as a hourly hotel with current clientale."

"Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected."
