The pastel walls and sea shell lamps as well as other beach/nautical accessories are reminiscent of a Florida get away. It features carpet in both rooms with tile floors in the fully equipped kitchen off the living room as well as tile floors in the bathroom and both entries. Parking is available in front of the condo. A wooden walkway leads to the front door, with another door off the living room which opens onto the deck which has a gas grill, outdoor table that seats four, and comfortable anti-gravity chairs for relaxing. There is a view of the bay from the deck with both shaded and sunny areas for lounging, reading or sun bathing. A gradual slope from the front of the property leads to the bay of Barkley Lake, where fishing can be done from the bank. A real plus for the fisherman. Amenities include a TV and DVD in living and bedrooms as well as recliners in each room. There is Wi-fi and central heat and air throughout the condo and the stack able washer and dryer in the bedroom is available free of charge for use by guest. A gas fireplace adds to the ambiance of the living room which also has a dining table which seats four with view of the deck and bay. There is a pull out couch which makes a bed. The condo is non-smoking and no pets. #333 is just steps from one of the three pools and a short drive by car or golf cart to the spa and health club. Also close by are the quaint shops, theater with live performances, and restaurants in Grand Rivers, the Village Between the Lakes. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. The owner of this unit is a pet owner, our housekeepers are very good, but we cant not guarantee that the unit is allergen and animal dander-free.
