Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used. Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful. I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

Pros: Conveniently located near the train station, great room, great staff, cute comic vibe. Cons: Only fridge was a “community” fridge in the shared space. Soap & shampoo provided weren’t labeled, & I swear had the same product in both. Parking onsite is also very limited, so the first night I had to park in a garage (previously warned that petty vandalism was common & to not park on the street)… once I got into the garage though I found the garage to be difficult to navigate due to the size/layout, even though I was in a compact economy rental. I definitely recommend the hotel, but if you’re parking contact them in advance & also don’t forget to bring your own toiletries so you don’t have to wash your hair with body soap.
