The condo was very nice. It was great to find a two bed two bath option. The hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in early on Friday so we could attend a 4:00pm wedding. My only critique would be the twin beds in the second bedroom had plastic mattress covers. This made for a noisy night's sleep. Maybe only put on the plastic covers if guests are bringing children.

Grand Lake Visit
We loved our visit to Grand Lake, adorable Lake community with plenty of things to do. The condo was perfect for our needs, we enjoyed family who lives in the same complex, so it was very convenient. We plan to come back soon!

Animals and signs

Property was in a great location. Grand Lake is a beautiful area. When we got inside, the smoke detector was beeping. Tried to call property manager, finally answered a text. We ended up taking the battery out so we could sleep. No one ever showed up to check on it. There was a bandaid and wrapper in the floor in one of the bedrooms. Nothing major, but just expected

Very Convenient to Grand Lake
We loved the location. Everything was fine except the bed, which was very soft and very loud. It was a “meet-in-the-middle” bed, and if either of us moved the other would be awakened.

The condo was well furnished and maintained. It was evident that the owners are attentive to the property. However, the kitchen floor was gritty/dirty and the mattresses uncomfortable. There are no scenic views but the condo is walking distance to Grand Lake's main street.

Grand Lake Condo
The condo was conveniently located within walking distance (about 15 min) or a short drive of the town of Grand Lake and shops and restaurants. It is also on the ground floor so no stairs to climb, nor suitcases to lug. It has a kitchen and full size refrigerator if you want to cook or for leftovers. The few negatives are no view and the carpet is worn, but overall, a great place to stay for a visit to Grand Lake or the entrance to Rocky Mountain Park.

Regatta Week
The condo was very clean and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the complex previously and it is very nice.. My family owned a house on Grand Lake for 63 years, so I am very familiar with the area. The survey made me give the property manager a score and we fortunately had no need to deal directly with her, but the owner, Richard was very understanding as we had to change our reservation at the last minute and extra ordinarily responsive. The weather was unusually warm and with the windows open you could hear the firefighters next door chatting and laughing until the wee hours of the morning, but we love them for saving our town so we powered through as it was too hot to close the windows. The master bed was not very comfortable for older people. My husband ended up on the couch 3 nights out of 6 only because he could not get comfortable in the bed, however the couch was perfect. We had a great time!

Overbooked so never got to stay there
I booked this property for my parents--ages 86 and 82. When we got there someone was already occupying the place I booked! We haven't received a penny yet for this miscommunication.

Hi Debbie, sorry but you were not overbooked. I believe you went to the wrong condo. We communicate through VRBO directly check-in procedures were sent, which contain phones numbers and contacts. I never received a call from anyone that there was such a problem until VRBO contacted us directly about your issue. We received a called from VRBO on 7/12 the day of check out with your reported problem. You should have received a partial refund.

Christmas at Grand Lake
The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the heated floors, so nice in the morning. The condo was convenient to the downtown and lake. I would definitely recommend it.

The property was as viewed on VRBO. It was comfortable and relaxing. The property manager was quick to reply to questions we had about how to access the TV and DVD player.

Good location
We enjoyed how close it was to the entrance of RMNP. The decor was neat to look at with all the maps. I will say for the $$ of the cleaning fee I was a little disappointed. The main things were clean but I don’t feel like the floors were mopped recently, the twin room hadn’t been vacuumed and everywhere was pretty dusty. We also didn’t feel comfortable using the grill as the drip pan was broken causing grease to go everywhere and the grill itself wasn’t the cleanest. But overall we had a nice stay with the location!

Beautiful condo, but.....
Our only problem was the TVs would not work the four days that we stayed there. We arrived on a Thursday night and called the owner the following morning. She was very attentive to our problem and called the cable company repeatedly. But they failed to fix the problem by the time that we left. We are not avid TV watchers, but we did miss the World Cup and world news. The condo was beautiful and had everything else that we needed.

Very nice, comfertable, and a few minutes drive from downtown Grand Lake. Everything you need.
We were very happy with this condo in Grand Lake. It is on the ground floor which means no lugging luggage up and down the stairs, and parking was right in front of the door. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare food and serve it. The microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot etc. all were easy to run and work fine. The washer and dryer allowed us to throw in a load of towels mid week. With two bathrooms, waiting for a shower was not an issue! It is nicely decorated with maps of the area, actually cool to see where you have been or were going! The location is excellent, it was a quick drive to the grocery store and the historic downtown area. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Very comfortable with a convenient location
This condo was so very comfortable and cozy, with a very convenient location. It is within walking distance of the town of Grand Lake, and a very short drive to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. The only down side, if it could really be called that, is that there is not wi-fi, but who really needs that on a vacation! We would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed at the condo for four days in November 2015 and what a great time we had! The condo was well kept, clean and comfortable. The condo complex was quiet and there was a nice fire pit out in the common area that we used frequently. We hiked, went to the hot springs, and visited all the little towns surrounding the area. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!
