The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you.
To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels.
The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety.
But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception staff, especially Muhammad and the other lady. They were extremely unfriendly and rude. It honestly felt like they hated their jobs. No smile, no warmth, no willingness to help — it felt like they were being forced to be there.
The bed and mattress were also disastrous and very uncomfortable.
All in all, this place might be okay if you absolutely need somewhere to stay for one night. But I would definitely not recommend staying even one hour longer than necessary.

My only biggest complain is the lack of help from the staff at the reception failing to give me the proper information for parking my rental car. ..."
