Ideal for your family reunion on the island of Mauritius. Spacious villa with open living, dining and kitchen area with 3 large bedroom suites each with air conditioner and additional 4th full bathroom and washer and dryer room on ground floor and on upper level. Total of 6 bedroom suites, two fully equipped kitchens with two living rooms and dining rooms. Large balcony overlooking a big swimming pool with table and chairs for a relaxing breakfast. Outside barbecue with outside sink and spacious covered area with tables and chairs to throw a big outdoor party. Secured villa in a tourist area 5 mins from oU shopping center and from la Croisette Mall. Enjoy a 5 mins stroll to the Pereybere beach for a beautiful sunset and dinner or a 5 mins drive to Grand baie bustling night life, restaurants for dinner and evening entertainments. Few miles north, you can enjoy the view of multiple islands from Bain Boeuf beach, Cap Malheureux beach or Anse la Raie beach.

La villa très bien par ses prestations, ainsi que l'emplacement et le propriétaire très disponible.Nous avons tous envies de revenir. Encore un grand merci à Jay le propriétaire.

We were a big group of family, visiting our home country and this house was perfect for us, we were 15 ppl including a teenager, a 6 years old and a 2 years old and we stayed for almost a month. As described there is 2 levels with each level having 3 on-suite, a full kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed the layout of this entire villa as we all had our own space and didn't get annoyed by each other by the end of the trip. Wifi was great the entire time. Communication with the owner, Jay, was great, he was very quick to answer any question before and during our stay. This place is very well maintained, there's a property manager who greeted us on arrival day, two cleaning ladies (1 for each floor) who are super nice and did a great job, they come every mon-wed-fri so the place was always tidy which is great when you're a big family. There's also a pool and maintenance guy who came and fixed anything when there was an issue. As described, the house is 5 mins by the beach and Pereyber is one of the best beach you can ask for. Its small but perfect, we always look for houses in this area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, the entire family enjoyed the stay and we hope to come back in a few years! Thanks Jay & your team for making our stay memorable!
