    Apartment in the city centre, new, fully equipped, has a decoration and equipment with special attention to details in design, comfort and technology so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about anything.



    It has air conditioning, high speed WiFi, Smart TV, elevator, latex mattresses, viscoelastic pillows, exterior soundproofing, microwave, toaster, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, ceramic hob and all kitchenware.

    Located in a quiet area and equipped in the vicinity of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bookstores and all kinds of shops. Bus stop 20 metres away and tourist train 200 metres away, plus the AVE train station and Metro just 500 metres away.

    The apartment has free parking space and is located in the vicinity of the monastery of San Jerónimo and next to the hospital and the church of San Juan de Dios and just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

    An exclusive accommodation in the city center without problems for access and with free parking.

Die Buchung der Unterkunft über Expedia war katastrophal- es wurde an fewo weitergeleitet und von da an vrbo. Wir bekamen verschiedenste Buchungsbestätigungen und am Schluss meldete sich die Wohnung von einem externen Portal über das wir zahlen und nochmals buchen mussten. Absolut inakzeptabel! Die Wohnung selbst war gut gelegen und die Vermieter hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.

We really loved the neighbourhood. Little stores, a laundry etc. The WiFi was a little slow if you are taking a working holiday. Apartamento muy funcional, excelente ubicación, muy cerca del centro y con todos los servicios al lado. Me sorprendió gratamente que no había ruidos por la noches, todo lo contrario, muy tranquilo para descansar a pesar de estar muy céntrico... Que disponga de parking propio es una grandísima ventaja para los que nos desplazamos en coche hasta la ciudad, pero una vez allí, queda aparcado hasta el día de salida.. Gracias a Emilia por la facilitar la llegada. Volveremos! ;)

Great location if visiting Granda with family, by car. The apartment is very spacious and looks very modern, being very well equiped. Even if not mentioned when we booked it, there are also laundry facilities at the last floor of the building, free to be used by guests. Beds are larage and comfortable. Our host, Teresa, was very friendly, proactive, and helpful. And she speaks a very good English too!
