This spectacular duplex penthouse with five bedrooms and three bathrooms is located in the heart of Granada. It features a spacious terrace with a seating area, barbecue, solarium, saltwater pool, and a small kitchen-laundry area. Additionally, it offers a private garage with space for two cars.

The apartment boasts a 60 m² living room, divided into a dining area for 10 people, a seating area with a sofa and 55" Smart TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island. The master suite has a 160x200 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms, each with double beds, share two full bathrooms.

The terrace is designed for outdoor enjoyment, featuring a seating area, barbecue, solarium, and a small kitchen-laundry area. The apartment is fully climate-controlled, with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring comfort year-round.

Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Alhambra and the Albaicín, this apartment offers an unbeatable location in Granada’s historic center, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and other tourist attractions.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The apartment is very clean, modern, and easily accessible. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as close to bus lines. The kitchen isn’t well stocked with cooking utensils but with some outside purchases we made it work. We were never able to make the coffee maker work. (There were two but neither worked properly). I’d suggest they get a French press… So apart from the lack of a good cup of coffee in the morning we had a lovely stay in Granada!
