O atendimento do hotel é excelente! Ótimo café da manhã e com chocolate quente todos os dias gratuito na recepção do hotel para os hóspedes. Os quartos podem ser modernizados, mas o quarto é grande e oferece um bom conforto.

Foi uma grata experiência. Muito próximo de tudo. Andando não deu 10 minutinho da rua coberta. Até na hora de procurar um restaurante fora da área turística, o local foi perfeito. Os funcionários são extremamente educados. Carregaram nossas malas, nos deixaram um mimo no quarto, o espaço é amplo, limpo, iluminado, muito bom. O café da manhã é farto. O quarto amplo com uma excelente cama. Chuveiro forte e na temperatura certo. Será nosso ponto de hospedagem sempre que retornarmos a Gramado.

Excelente localização, funcionários prestativos. Cafezinho, chocolate quente e bolo na recepção. Mimo no quarto. Uma pena que só tinha uma tomada ao lado da cama. Chuveiro excelente. Hotel Excelente, super bem localizado, 5 minutos a pé da rua principal Borges de Medeiros, fácil acesso, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento impecável do início ao fim. O único ponto de melhoria é relativo a fumaça que emana pela chaminé por causa do sistema de calefação acaba entrando o cheiro de fumaça no quarto
