Great place to stay and relax. Good views and quiet. Spacious rooms. Tight parking. No toiletries were provided. Only towels are provided. So, be sure to carry soap, shampoo etc. Also, this property takes ONLY cash and this was not mentioned. Unnecessarily wasted $50 on the wire transfer. The host was very nice and provided information whenever asked.

Tolle Unterkunft.

Alles top. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Tolle Lage für Menschen die in der Umgebung etwas unternehmen möchten. Wir hatten das Zimmer „Spinnwebenhauswurz“, was sehr sauber und ordentlich war.

Es war mein zweiter Besuch, dieses Mal wohnte ich im Appartement „Spinnwebenhauswurz“. Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet, mit Kücheninsel, großem Sofa im Wohnraum und Doppelbett in einer Wandnische. Ein großer Balkon zeigt ins Grüne, leider nicht Richtung Süden. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Pool und eine Sauna.

Ich hatte das Appartement Felsenblümchen gebucht und es war fantastisch. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einfach nur traumhaft, ein unverbauter Blick auf die Zugspitze. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nebst Küchenutensilien. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, es war ein sehr netter Kontakt beim Einchecken.

Die Wohnung liegt optimal, alles sehr gut erreichbar :-) Bis auf das etwas weiche Schlafzimmerbett fehlt es in der Wohnung an Nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die unkomplizierte und herzliche Verwalterin Martina hat, unserer Erfahrung nach, den "Laden" voll im Griff. Wir hatten anfangs keinen Backofen+Pfanne und bekamen sofort Neuware!!! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebe Martina!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the place!

I looked at many properties before deciding on the Landhaus Steinbrech and I must say I am glad that I did. The check in was a more or less self check in. The apartment was spacious with a huge wrap around balcony with view of the Zupspitze. It was very quiet there and relaxing. We had chairs, tables and loungers on our balcony and even a clothes line to dry our clothes. The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfy, I think it had a mattress topper on it. The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything that we needed. I woke up in the morning and saw the Zugspitze. What nicer way to wake up? Were was an indoor pool which was pretty deep, not one of those shallow ones, so you could swim laps in it. The parking was ok, it was tight. You better knew how to drive. You have to pay in cash when you check in. Can't use credit card. That's the only thing that I didn't like. You can walk downtown in 5-10 min, there are several restaurants. And you do get a guest card that you can use buses for free. I would stay there again! Oh, and wifi was fast. But it was out one day/night.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und hatte einen riesigen Balkon auf 2 Seiten, sodass man immer auf einer Seite Schatten hatte und auf der anderen Sachen zum trocknen hinhängen konnte. Das Haus allgemein liegt wunderbar, wir haben jeden Abend auf 2 Sonnenliegen die Berge beobachten mit Blick direkt auf die Zugspitze. Eine winzige Sache wäre noch schön wenn die Ferienwohnung eine Spülmaschine hätte, gerade bei Urlaub mit Kindern geht da ganz schön Ferienzeit zu den Mahlzeiten verloren. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen im Sommer 2020 wieder :-) Grainau hat auch ein sehr schönes Freibad und das gerademal 10,- für 3h Familienkarte ;-) mit einem herrlichen Bergpanorama.

Tina, was an amazing host!!! The views we're breath taking from our balcony. The apartment was perfect. It had a living room, kitchenette, nice size bathroom, and king size bed. There is a heated pool on site. Restaurants are within walking distance. It is a perfect place to use as a home base for all your trips in the Alps!! We will definitely be back!!! Next time we will stay longer!!!

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt in Grainau

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in idylischer und ruhiger Umgebung mit einem Pool, der den Kindern die Abendstunden versüßen konnte. Einziges Problemchen für uns war die Parkplatzsituation, da es schon mit fünf Autos sehr eng wird. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
