「Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. 「Nos tocó una habitación con literas y un baño compartido pero en realidad nunca nos encontramos con nadie en nuestro baño. Poco contacto con el personal todo está planeado para que entres y salgas de manera self-service pero todo muy bien, muy limpio y el lugar está hermoso」
