Child friendly, cosy chalet "Bergfink", 1'500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1963. In the district of Bina, 500 m from the centre, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area, on a main road. For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 600 m, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Private ski room with boot warming system is next to the Bergbahn Hannigalp.
"Bergfink Dachgeschoss", 1-room studio 27 m2 on 3rd floor. Renovated in 2013, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Good value for money apartment

A very nice, clean and well maintained apartment with great views.Not far from the village centre, but up quite a steep hill. The balcony is a bonus, although the property is on a road which, although not busy,could be noisy at times. The wi-fi could be temperamental in parts of the property. Th host was friendly and the apartment is well equipped.

Kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die kleine Dachgeschosswohnung wurde schön renoviert, eine gute Mischung aus Modernem und der typischen Holzverkleidung in der Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Schön wäre es, wenn noch ein paar Verbrauchsmaterialien in der Küche vorhanden wären, z.B. ein paar wenige Gewürze, Backpapier, Küchenrolle, Frischhaltefolie. Wir werden das Ferienhaus im Familien- un Freundeskreis gerne weiter empfehlen.
