Excellent small hotel. Quirky room with heritage features. Staff were great, bed was comfortable. Well positioned for Diocletians palace. Only minor issue was that the partially underground breakfast room needs some more lights.

Hot water went out and hotel staff was unable to provide any info as to when it would be working again, cold showers were not fun. Aside from an apology nothing was done to rectify situation.
