"Short wait for room to be ready"

"Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I was second in line. They said they didn't have a room, then said they did but couldn't find it, then found one. They charged me full price for it when they were allegedly placing an incidental hold, even though the reservation was prepaid. They said it was because of a new computer system, but the lack of training and lack of communication was unacceptable. I went down the next morning to check on the charges because the night desk worker didn't know, and the morning person couldn't answer either and told me I needed to come back after the manager got out of a meeting. I would never stay here again, new computer system or not"

"Very cute and clean place in good condition with all the amenities! Super easy access to downtown Issy with great local places to eat. I think it’s a great relaxing place for a couple (maybe even two) for a get-a-way weekend, but would be a little tight with 4 people if there was much luggage. Check-in was easy peasy and host communication was excellent! She responded quickly and was helpful when we had questions. I will definitely check the availability of this cute little house whenever we come to visit our family in the area!"

"Beautiful spacious feel light, airy, and peaceful house on a gorgeous pine forest lake! The hot tub was perfect. We had a beautiful deer coming into the backyard and grays while we were enjoying the hot tub one morning! Eagles flew down into the water to fish. We got out on the water one day that was warm and sunny in the kayaks provided and that was a beautiful treat. The house has everything needed. It was very thoughtful. There was coffee already available. It’s so peaceful and remote feeling however everything needed is within 10 to 15 minutes away. Restaurants grocery plenty of hiking beautiful mountains the city of Seattle 35 minutes to the west. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend. "

"This property is right downtown within walking distance to everything. The property was well kept, well equipped and user friendly. The host was awesome and communicated immediately when messaged. If you want to be able to walk in and out and need an intown retreat this is the place."

"Great townhome to stay in. Second bedroom has small bed which is perfect for a child. We have an infant and were able to fit his bed in there. Excellent location and very nice inside. Had a highchair for us as well. Will stay here again."

"As the wife of the renter for the weekend, there was no description of the driveway and how it is really steep and small car friendly only, ( we drive a ram power wagon) it did not state it is a shared property with the owners residence connected, nor did it state 4/20 friendly with weed vap smoking on the patio. Outdoor furniture needs replaced as well. The actual house part was great and clean inside but we will not stay again. "
