Para completar tem um pequeno museu ao ar livre que comemora a amerissagem da capsula Friendship 7 em 1962 ao largo de Grand Turk. Besides the place being extremely beautiful there are still beach, shops and restaurants. On the beach, at the disposal of the passengers of the ships, there is an entire infrastructure with beach chairs and umbrellas. To complete it has a small open-air museum celebrating the landing of the Friendship 7 capsule, in 1962, off Grand Turk.

Mainly you get by cruise ships so the only people at the beach are the same passengers and crew members. As you can see at any time of the day, it might be very calm with no one around.
