「Staff is not enough coperative. Room have less space. Adequate room service, like tea, is not available. Mandir distance is not 5mts walking, at least 10mts.」

「Pros: 1. Clean room and bath. 2. Clean bed/spread 3. Working TV. Cons: 1. No restaurant attached. 2. Too small a room, but has a balcony!, no place to keep items, no chairs! 3. Reception computer had a glitch, 1/2 hour to check in. Verdict: the small room is not worth the price.」

「Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. 」

「Horrible place, photos posted on hotel.com are not aligned with actual hotel. Overpriced, I feel cheated, will never ever trust hotel com again」

Please do not book this property as surronding is full of dirty stuffs and building under construction makes it more worse.i was with my family and it was unsafe as well and not worth of cost listed」

「Great location and views, but some compromises. The resort is peaceful and serene with direct balcony views of hills and lake. It’s quite remote with nothing much nearby, and reaching the property takes longer than expected due to extremely bad roads (a 2 min drive takes about 7-8 mins). Rooms (Belvedere) are spacious with big balconies but overall condition is just okay—lots of patchwork, and TVs didn’t work. Staff and service are good. Food tastes great but caused stomach issues for everyone...

「 We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...

「1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine」
