"We loved our suite at the Lockport Motel Inn and Suites. We used the Jacuzzi everyday and the staff is always very friendly and helpful"

"We arrived early and asked if our rooms were ready. I booked 2 rooms, when I booked it stated that they had adjoining rooms available. I asked and they said none were available. You can tell they have been doing some remodeling but for some reason the noise is terrible, people in the hallway sound like they are in your room. All night long we could hear people, therefore we did not get a good night sleep. The view out our window was a rundown bowling alley. The breakfast had 2 broken waffle makers with only one working. The conditioner as empty in the shower. Checkout is at 11 and at 10:45 someone knocked on our door, I opened the door and he said, oh i didn't hear anyone and thought you had left. Very strange behavior. I wish I would have spent the extra money and stayed down by the falls."

"They overbooked and were lucky we got a room but we saw them turn booked customers away and block up the reception saying, “no staff on duty.” So we had to fetch our own toiletries and kettle from the housekeeping cart. The room had nothing in it and no staff was there to help us. No room service. Terrible unhelpful staff."

"I booked for 2 double bed room with a sofa whereas it was told the information that was passed to the hotel from hotel.com is for a king bed with a sofa bed. We adjusted as there was no 2 double room available and the hotel staff said it seems hotels.com overbooked the hotel rooms. The hotel staff was good and adjusted the price but it was not what we booked and expected."
