"Unterkunftbetreiber arbeitet angeblich seit drei Jahren nicht mehr mit Xpedia. Als wir dort ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Zimmer welches wir gebucht haben belegt ist. Der Nette Betreiber fand für uns ein kleines Apartment bis der Fall geklärt ist. In dem Apartment riecht es sehr streng nach Kanalisation, auf dem Foto ist ein totalfreistehendes gebäude, in Wirklichkeit ist alles sehr eng bebaut und um die Unterkunft Baustellen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! "Very high end property and location. Pool and private access to sea amongst the many highlights. Hosts very nice and friendly. They live on site but you wouldn’t know it. Due to secluded nature of the villa it’s worth contacting them before check in so they can direct you to the villa. Happy to formally recommend and family to make a return visit."

"This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! However, this apartment is in a lovely spot...

"I was looking for a quiet place to hunker down outside of America, to be able to use an internet connection and get done with done. I found friends, a warm welcome, and so much laughter despite not speaking the same languages. I think my 3 week stay will be forever remembered as one of those transformative moments of my life. Note: the property is not in downtown Ulcinj but in a nearby town Donji Štoj. The house mailing address system is not quite compatible with Vrbo and so it shows as downtown...
