Lidl ist 200 mtr rechts, ein weiterer Lidl und Billa befinden sich entgegengesetzt in der Nähe. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschoßwohnung ohne Dachschrägen und mit einem super Blick über die Dächer von Sofia. Die Wohnung steht im kompletten Kontrast zum alten Haus.
