No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us.

The capsule was actually quite roomy. We are 2 travellers with 70L hiking bags and fit everything in the capsule while still sleeping very comfortably (6”4 and 5”6) we arrived quite late so did not have any encounter with the staff. However received a very pleasant greeting when leaving the next morning

"Traveled solo for business. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room and bed were both very nice. Location was pretty central, but wasn't exactly in the hub of action- the relative quiet may be a big plus for some though. Would definitely stay there again."
