「The wife and I spent a few days in southern Illinois, hiking, herping, bird-watching, generally just getting away from work and the daily grind, and this place was a great stay. We weren't in the house very much, coming back in late afternoon after being out all day, but it's a great place for privacy and quiet. Very relaxing.The host offered quite simply the single greatest communication I've ever had from a cabin rental... he would get back to us with answers to our questions within minutes....

「The chickens and yard were absolutely amazing- wish we had more time to enjoy and explore the grounds! Our host was very nice and communicative. We loved the two wineries near by. There were some bugs inside when we checked in and throughout the evening but that’s to be expected on the farm. Appreciated the fly swatter and the light traps! Highly recommend this stay.」
