「Check in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. All rooms are on the first floor making this easy for my elderly mother to access. One assigned parking spot per room and onsite ice/vending machines. (Office does not have any snacks or food items for sale.) 「Great establishment - very quiet and seemed well maintained. The room was nice. The location is pretty convenient. Check out the Kitchen Village! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and pillows were pretty bad too. The air conditioner was obnoxious and would completely turn off and then turn back on ALL night LONG! Overall, I would stay again.」

「Updated and clean. Furnishings are in good condition & updated. Lacks amenities like shampoo or any grab n go breakfast. There are 2 vending machines. Overall excellent condition for the price & location in Lancaster County. Polite staff. I would stay here again.」

「The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it.」

「Our Caboose was SO CUTE! It was clean and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel were stunning. There was a mini farm, small arcade, and the Casey Jones Restaurant was just amazing. The store in the restaurant and office were so fun to browse too!
